Norsk Standard for næringsgruppering (SN) er først og fremst beregnet for bruk i offisiell norsk statistikk. Hovedformålet er å gi regler og retningslinjer for næringsgruppering og entydige definisjoner av virksomheter.
Standard for næringsgruppering er basert på Den europeiske unions (EUs) næringsstandard, NACE.
