New standard for industry grouping
The new standard will be introduced on September 1, 2025. The Norwegian Standard for Industrial Classification (SN) is primarily intended for use in official Norwegian statistics. The main purpose is to provide rules and guidelines for industrial classification and unambiguous definitions of enterprises.
Standard for næringsgruppering er basert på Den europeiske unions (EUs) næringsstandard, NACE.
