Stefan gave an interesting talk about the nature of the academic writing process, and the importance (and challenges) of establishing good academic writing habits.
In his talk, Stefan showed us the Writing BASE, a tool for assessing one's own academic writing habits.
Stefan's talk, besides being based on his own writing experiences, proceeded from a book called Air & Light & Time & Space: How Successful Academics Write by Helen Sword. This book is also available in the library's physical collection, searchable through Oria.
