Positive working environment

Do you study better at home or at school? Some focus better at home, while others need to get out of the house to get in the right mind space for studying. It’s also very easy to start other activities than what you’re supposed to do when you’re studying at home. Even vacuuming and laundry may seem more interesting.

If you are working from home, try to get into some good habits like getting out of bed at the same time every day and get your studies started, before you get distracted.

Of course you also have the option of coming to your fabulous library 😊 In addition to study areas, you’ll have access to resources and guidance that you won’t have at home.

Here are some tips for good study habits:

  1. Study at set times every day, with scheduled breaks.
  2. Remove distractions. Leave your phone in your bag, and work disciplined.
  3. Take care of yourself, both physically and mentally.
  4. Reward yourself for your good work.
  5. Praise yourself. Stay positive.
  6. Surround yourself with positive and encouraging people.
