How long should I study?

by Susie Doenhoff on 2023-01-30T11:16:52+01:00 in General Study | 0 Comments

It is not recommended to study for too long without taking breaks. Studying for extended periods of time can lead to burnout, decreased focus and motivation, and decreased overall productivity. It's better to take short and frequent breaks to refresh your mind, maintain focus, and increase efficiency. A commonly recommended duration for studying is 30-45 minutes followed by a 5-10 minute break. This approach can help you retain information better and be more productive in the long run.
